Cheese production show (schaukaserei) is the biggest attraction in the multi-functional entertainment centre. The object has three levels and each level accomodates a certain function. Manufacturing support functions are partially hidden underground. Public support  functions are located on the second floor in a partially closed plastic ring-formed building volume. Cheese manufacturing facilities with large publicly accessible multi-functional entrance-hall are on the first floor.
