Contrary to Krasta street building principles where public objects are surrounded by car parking lots, the concert hall’s car parking is covered with a roof construction similar to the hall’s building volume. Thus, an artifically created hill with an open main entrance hall and inner yard creates an impression of single laconic object. The proposed concert hall with 1000 spectators seats can be used for many different show-business events. As show business itself is highly commercialised, functionally the concert hall fully conforms with the overall character of Krasta street buildings.
