The architecture of building volumes is based on a peculiar synthesis of historic  building forms and contemporary construction technologies. The main element of facades are dinamic vertical lines that develop from gallery columns on the first floor level into attic construction. As this span of Dzirnavu street is rather narrow and facades of the building can mainly be perceived from an acute angle, we decited that the sculpturesque  solution of facades is most appropriate in this particular situation.
