Fitness club occupies the 3rd and 4th floor of an old warehouse located in the inner yard of a block of buildings built in accordance with perimetral construction principles and is not accessible to general public. The yard will be opened up and the warehouse turned into attractive public object. A new volume will be constructed at the 3rd floor level to ensure full functionality of the new sports club. The current function of the 1st and 2nd floor will not change.
